ive tried to find em parked but i just see em driving. ive been tryin to get one parked

so the easiest way to know what i have is to redo it? i'd like to get a little more lift out of it. could i do something like the 3" Lift Kit with front and rear OME coils from toytec? or would i have to change the struts and shocks? sorry for so many questions just want to do and not ghetto...

Ok so took some measurements front 22 1/2 rear 23 from center hub to fender lip. also here are pics if they help.
