Clutch engages, but no change in high side, low drops with RPMs. Expansion valve?

My '99 started blowing hot air out of the vents. Hooked up the manifold and got normal/low on the low side and zero on the high side. Looks like the compressor clutch isn't engaging, checked the fuse and it's good. I can spin the clutch by hand and it moves freely. Where should I start?

Howdy! I'm over near 249 and 1960.

Replaced the rear plate surround and fixed the power lock. Swapped the OEM springs (305k miles!!!) with Moogs. My runner has a bit of a rake now. :lol:

Parts was as described, shipped fast, and worked great!

How much for the rear license plate surround shipped to 77070?

305k miles. It ran before I replaced the MAF, brake booster and driveshaft. I'm thinking the computer might still be using the old input. Either that or I bumped a connection loose somewhere.

It's not starting. It has spark and will start if I put some starter fluid in the TB, but dies as soon as that is gone. It has a new MAF, fuel filter, and fresh gas. I also replaced the driveshaft and vacuum brake booster, but I don't think those would cause a no-start condition. The fuel...
