I snagged both off Amazon (sold by Amazon not third party) and they appear to be legit denzo. About $50 each.

I think I’m going this route. Comparing the stud lengths from front to rear I’m not even sure what’s left on those. They’re at least 1/2 inch shorter than the front studs.

I thought from reading online it could be either the cat or the O2s and figured I’d try the $100 fix instead of an exhaust shop. I’ll have to look into the mod. Fortunately it’s not my DD.

I actually have Seafoam deep creep on the shelf but I'll look into the CRC too. Thanks for the tip.

Quick update, the Hella yellow star 100w are installed. Noticed immediately after turning them on the heat coming off when holding my hand a few inches from the lens. Hope the heat doesn't damage anything. Took a quick drive and they produce a lot of light but haven't driven in poor visibility...

Replaced hatch struts and did the air box elbow delete. Gotta love free mods!:reddance::reddance::reddance:

This is one of the first things I did to mine as I also noticed the breather was basically the top of the pumpkin. I extended mine up towards the gas tank fill line.

Yeah I do most of my low traction driving to get to our ski resorts but we had an ice storm here so I was using it in town with a lot of stop-and-go traffic which is when I noticed it going on/off the gas a lot. Should probably service the T case and diffs anyway. Hasn't been done by me yet...

Damn well I just pulled the trigger last night on the 100 watt yellow stars. At least I'm only out $6 a bulb. If they suck or burn out quickly I think the PIAAs are basically the only option left other than the Optilux but they are also made by Hella.

Can anyone confirm the housing and wiring held up with the 100 watt bulbs? Seems like numerous people on this thread bought them and no one reported back.
