Out of curiosity, do you feel that you still need crossbars? I haven't posted yet, but have a set (2) of LFD Crossbars and (1) LFD Wind Faring that I haven't posted for sale (yet). Didn't know if you'd be interested in a trade + cash.

Nice - I have the CBX 18 as well and it is massive! Mine was mounted to LFD crossbars, which isn't ideal, but with lead times and a 2000 mile road trip, I needed something fast. Has anyone had any luck on a full roof rack set-up with these recessed cargo boxes (Thule Motion/Force or Yakima CBX)?
