Full size is 33", I have interference between the hitch and the rear diff. Full bumper with swing out would be awesome, just a little more money than I'm looking to spend.

What are these aftermarket upper control arms you speak of? I've got an OME lift on mine, and since installing it I've had problems getting the correct camber on the passenger side wheel. The cam bolt is turned as far as it will go, and its still about 1deg out, based on firestones readings...

3/16" is pretty stout. You could probably get away with 1/8". Run some FEA on that shit and find out.
