wow, that white truck was a wreck!! the runner looks nice. ya i have been kicking around the idea of plasti-diping my runners rims. the are the sr5 rims. idk yet though. i might just change them out for a different kind.

ya i did the head gasket a year ago! it hasnt been driven much. when i did it i got the head decked and new valve steam seal put in it. the machine shop checked it all out and gave it a thumbs up. So when a head gasket goes, can dripping oil out of the tail pipe happen? I think my other option...

Ok so either my head gasket has gone again! or i have one of my brand new valve steam seals that have gone bad. Im leaking oil out of the tail pipe!!!!!! when you rev it up it splatters on a paper towel. so what i want to know is. who makes a better head gasket? i used the niponensa factory one...

ok so u just did some more investigating. the charge light is on. the volt meter docent work, water temp, oil pressure, and tach all stopped working at the same time. I just looked to see if the lights still work on it when you turn you lights on. they do, but the high beam indicator docent work...

Oh haha. No the brake light is not on. i think i will still go get it tested just to be sure. weirder things have happended with this rig. so if it isnt the alt or battery, any ideas what it could be?

Yep checked the engine bay fuses too! all fine. i looked at the brake lights, but i didnt notice if they were stuck on. i will look in the a.m. Im wondering if the alt has gone, or if i need a new gauge cluster.

Ok so this just started today! my 87 t4r's charge light turned on today. also the tach, oil pressure, engine temp, and volt meter stopped working?????? wtf.... I have checked all the fuses. Nothing is wrong. any ideas? and experience with this problem?

does it have power windows? is so i need the passanger side switch. how much would that be?

ok, this weekend i will check timing again. if it was a timing issue. why would it only do it after it is warmed up?

does the motor's do this if the o2 sensor isnt working properly? when i did the head gasket i put a header on it. i had to move the o2 sensor farther down the exhaust pipe. its right before the cat! if it isnt getting proper signal what does the motor do?
