Yep, my '99 is my daily driver. I drove her from MD to NC to Ohio and back to MD last month without a worry. The key? Never miss a 30,000 mile engine service. Standard plugs, air filter, throttle body and MAF cleaning. that's about it. .

Sell your 2WD and buy a 4WD....they are cheap and it will be assembled correctly.... by the Toyota factory. .
