Here soon i will be ordering a long tube header for my 2.7 and am wondering if there is a difference in tone and if there will be any performance enhancements. also deciding if i want to 2jz swap it oooooorrr 1uz swap it in about 2 years or so.:target: can anyone give me any incite on this?

Yes I want to go lower than stock, I would like to maybe 2 or 3 inches lower than stock.

Alright everyone I have a 98 2wd 4runner base and I'm tired of being lifted and I want to go the other way. I. Need to know what I could use to lower my 4runner suspension wise, I don't want to do air bags and I don't want to be on the ground. I can't find any lowering kits for a 4runner...

How much lift can I safely go without haveing to get extended parts(sway bar links and things like that) on a 98 2wd base model? Thank you in advance and please no smart remarks about it being 2wd I'm going for a small prerunner type look.

I doubt it would be the filter but I would go ahead and change it since it has that many miles, my gas cap broke on mine and I could definently smell it whenever I stopped.

I have the 15 inch rim so what tire size would that be 31" or 32"?

Im trying to figure out how big of a tire and how wide of a tire I can run on a base model 98 4runner at stock height with stick rims? Any information is appreciated and thank you in advance.
