Just wondering but how difficult was it for you to do the lift. I was thinking of doing one so I could not scrape as much with my 33's. But have not looked into it at all. btw I like the username!

I can attest to that. I have a 2.5" lift and it still rubs like crazy with my 33s. I would go down one size if you plan on only doing a 2" lift. 3" would probably be ok though imho. Granted if you don't have the suspension articulate at 45 mph with the wheel cranked.

For me personally my gas mileage plummeted when I put on 33x.12.5 KM2's, front and rear plate bumpers a winch, and a transfer case skid... I get about 12-15mpg depending on how I drive and where. One good thing that will let you rationalize getting bigger tires is if you drive LOTS of highway...

Good to see someone using a "budget minded build" and wheeling with it (assuming you did just throw that mud on) What are you generally going to be towing? I have often wondered if I could tow a suzuki samurai with my 4runner :director::ballchain:

I just red threw pretty much this whole thread in one sitting this is awesome! Some of the worst runners I have seen for sure. personally, a few of the slammed ones I would drive! Hopefully I can find some runners to contribute to the freakshow
