Nah, modern rounds for that thing include a booster. Not in my 4R. Maybe in the back of a Tacoma, but I don't want to singe the headliner. My last G was just recoiless--no booster propellant.

Youbetcha. As I mentioned I have two on me--G19 or 17 typically AND a G42 in my pocket. This is just a truck gun because I can and because it was taking up space in the safe. I need to get rid of the old big dot sights on it though. I had been looking at rifle mounts, but sunroof complicates...

First--thank you for your service. Right. The only noted "malfunction" of the Serpa is the potential for debris to lodge under the button while say, rolling around on the ground, effectively preventing UNholstering the weapon. There are no flaws or malfunctions around the holster itself...

And you're right. Slow draw even if vault unlocked. Have done 20 draws or so, but in my experience (IDPA Master), it will take, oh, about 3000 repetitions to install some muscle memory....

Permanent "truck gun". I work in federal service and have to remember to remove before federal parking! I have TWO on me generally--Glock 17/19 and Glock 42 in pocket!

Thinking about drilling out the coin slot as someone suggested to store a thinner flashlight--head up. Since the coin slot became unusable this might be a good mod.
