Bump with the update that I removed the aftermarket stereo, replaced with the never-used OEM stereo, amp and speakers and it all works perfectly. Price dropped $500 to $4500 OBO as a result. Thanks for looking!

NOTHING else has been done. Yes timing belt is due, though I've seen some on here go for 125k miles. Eventually a clutch, but a clutch is pretty cheap if you do it yourself.
