Uneek, those are nice solutions but too pricey for my budget. Since 99% of the time the seats will be up and I won't be using a liner, I think I'm going down the DIY path. If I can find a 6x5 tarp, I can put some additional eyelets around the edge. Then thread some rope through eyelets. Draw...

Thanks icantsee! It's a shame Falls didn't post pics. I think that setup is more along the lines of what I was thinking. I am most concerned about the dirt and water. I think the bed liner idea might work. Thanks John

I just picked up my 2nd 4Runner, a 2008 V6 Limited replacing a 2000 V6 SR5. One of the issues I've never liked about the '00 and now the '08 is the cargo. Most of the time, the vehicle is configured with the rear seats up and a liner in the cargo area isn't much of a concern since the items...
