No, not necessarily horrible. Personally I like to keep all additional chemicals away from rubber hoses and grommets. Bi-annual spray down with soft water and a towel dry is all I do to my motor. Good luck!

Started building a survival kit immediately after procuring this 4Rnr. Still work in progress. I four-wheel alone 95% of the time. Love the solitude and freedom to explore at will, the risk also ads a nice edge (however I do not recommend it!).
