Same hardware issue here. They also sent me 1 silver crossbar instead of all black crossbars. They told me the silver one is for mounting the wind deflector, but my OCD will drive me crazy having 1 silver crossbar up there. Guess i'll just paint it. Happy overall, but they dont seem worried...

FYI, Ford didn't take TARP funds, but they took $9 Billion in loans from the taxpayers... Tundra will get its facelift soon, its all a part of the cycle. Someone posted a "schedule" a while back of what years. I'd hold out for the next Tundra. 200k is nothing, you've got a few years left.

While its not the same as touching the screen, use the steering wheel buttons instead of touching your phone. They work just fine.

Go find a shop that specializes on lifted vehicles, that can do an alignment. It wont be free, but neither is replacing your tires early. Firestone and all the other "quick" shops aren't trained or equipped for lifted vehicles. Its VERY rare that a tech knows how to handle modified suspension...

That's not crazy, and i dont think anyone here will call you an idiot for thinking about it. If you want the on-road luxury, go GX. If you want the off-road ruggedness, go T4R. They're not the same, but both are BOF, both can go off-road, both get terrible MPGs, and both roll/dive a lot on turns...
