Kinda depends on what you plan to do with your rig. If you aren't planning on any off-roading, more then light off-roading at least, then you should be fine with something like a daystar or cornfed leveling kit.

Not really, T4R's from the factory with a spoiler have a spot for third brake light that you can see but it is not open. You would have to have it cut out to accommodate the third brake light. The other thing to is you would have to get the wholes from the mount bolts for the spoiler filled...
