The stock rails only cover about half the roof length and are only rated for 165lbs I think. You cannot hook up the extruded aluminum bars to the stock rails

If you are talking about the side rails for the roof rack, look for 6061 Aluminum Flat Bar, 1/4" think, 2" wide, 8' long.

If you build a full wind deflector like I did that hugs the roof line, you should be good.

My DIY rack SuperfastMatt inspired me to build a roof rack for my 4runner. I used the same materials as he did. I spent close to $500 since I had to buy everything online. Shipping costs add up quick! Here are some pics.

Beam pattern comparison Can you also post the beam pattern comparison between this LED bulbs and the stock bulbs? The beam pattern on the ground is preferred compared to the wall. I asked DRZ-Off-Road for the same, no response.
