If you are talking about the side rails for the roof rack, look for 6061 Aluminum Flat Bar, 1/4" think, 2" wide, 8' long.

Do the stock rails not work for some reason? I would just need the inserts and the front wind dam.

The stock rails only cover about half the roof length and are only rated for 165lbs I think. You cannot hook up the extruded aluminum bars to the stock rails

Can you provide the link for the bolts to bolt the rack to the truck? I'm guessing some 3/8" inch bolts but how long? 1.25"?
I don't know if it makes a difference but I'm doing this for a 4Gen 4Runner.

How did you cut the angle pieces and is that JB weld?
How does it hold up? Really digging the look of it.

Or you can do aluminum angle:

Would make it structurally much stronger, only costs 35 with free pick up. Size would allow the extruded aluminum cross bars to sit flush with it
