I agree with this. I have little to no mechanical skill, but I'm very proud of the fact that I've done all the work on my current 4runner. its horribly intimidating when you attempt to put a lift on, or a trans cooler and gauge, a radiator..... but the feeling you get when you accomplish it is...

Well the sliders from Hot Metal Fab are in and they are bad ass. Super stout, really pretty welds too. Couldn't be happier.

I finished painting up some Tacoma wheels so that I can get my CL cheap find 285's mounted up in the morning! Cheap test fit.

I did Tacoma 5100's with OME 881 springs up front, 5100's in rear with OME 891's. all from YotaDan and Wheelers Offroad. Could not be happier. set on second perch, I got about 2.5" all around, will easily clear the 255/85's I plan to run and ride like a dream. Currently on 265/75's
