Thanks guys! Yeah that makes sense, it is 12 years old and it is the driver's side. :) thanks for the help and I will try and get it readjusted. I assume taking the plastic off the bottom and repositioning the leather cover should do the trick then. Thanks again, and these forums are great!!

Bringing this back from the dead. We just bough a 4th Gen and have to replace the rear outer seal (on the bottom of the window) as well. Does anyone have any detailed info on how to remove the old one and install the new seal? I just don't want to screw anything up!! Thanks guys! Chris
