Well, I disconnected negative battery terminal for 10 minutes, reconnected it, and did the lock/unlock cycle 3 times, and the door opened once, closed it and wouldn't open a second time. Is there a chance the ECU is bad, or should I just buy the motor??

My liftgate stopped opening, as well, but in my case, you can't even hear the motor when you push the release switch. Thought it was the switch (hoping it would be the "cheap" fix), so I bought a new one, but when I hooked it up, it still didn't work, so I reinstalled the old one. Unplugged...

How's your time now? Hey JacksonRally, almost a year later, do you have time to make/sell another one of your awesome washer reservoirs? Looks like a perfect replacement in a safe location, as I've got a Demello bumper which left OEM vulnerable! Not sure where you live...I'm in So. Cal.
