Finished motor swap, everything is running pretty smooth, no issues when starting, no leaks so far. Only issue I am having is it is misfiring at high rpms, 3100-4000, only happens when I step on it to accelerate. Around town, idle, hwy driving are all super smooth. I used my old coil packs...

Tearing down my old engine to harvest the wiring harness and a few parts for the engine swap. Anyone need top end parts? camshafts looks great, One of the heads is cracked but the other looks fine. Going to tear down the new donor motor tomorrow and get it ready for new top end gaskets coming...

Early Christmas for the runner, 2001 100k donor motor acquired, ordered gaskets and timing belt kit. Motor looks clean, no oil in the coolant, seems like it may have had a valve cover gasket leak in the past. Think ill just swap all gaskets on the top end, so I know it has been done, and done...

Just received my 100k mile donor motor, its pretty clean but still thinking about refreshing topend gaskets, water pump, and timing belt

Pulled the seats out and shampooed my dirty ass carpet... I still havent gotten all the stains out. At least it doesnt smell like wet dog anymore. :)
