Thank you for the reply. It seems no matter whose brand you purchase, there are problems...it's too loud....it does not move the same volume of air.....it failed in four months....etc.

Thank you for the info. That cured both problems! There is no sticker in this 4-Runner about changing out the battery.

Wife's 2003 rear window wiper and rear glass up / down has stopper working. One of the gas shocks gave out and the hatch bound up. The shock was replaced with no visible damage. Now the glass stopped working and last week the rear wiper no longer works. Any ideas what to look for?

Turns out the plug is some sort of alloy that does not want to take any rod I have. I drilled out and tried a large Easy-out, that did not work either.
