I tried looking at the cell broadcast thing someone suggested but I couldn't find anything in the default message app concerning that. I sent an e-mail to entune so hopefully they can help.

I've tried all of that pairing, unpairing, and deleting. I'll see if there is anything on the phone's default messaging app that may restrict cell broadcasting. Thanks for the input.
