Never heard of KO2s balancing issues, in fact that's what everyone prefers. However my Genral Tires Grabber have been a pain in the ass this is my 5th time balancing them.

Mine has been great, haven't had any issues. But if you want to make sure you can always just put down a blanket, dogs prefer that anyways I think.

I prefer this method

We have a little harness that goes around our dog and then into the seatbelt so that he doesn't move around too much. However, he's a 9lb puppy lol. Bigger dogs I'm not sure.

No but I've seen a few 4runners with them and they look really nice and insanely bright. I'd buy them if I could afford it.
