Thanks all. I have never experienced such a stupid problem, I am going back to them to just loosen it back up and now I can go back to doing my own oil changes. I wouldn't even want a free oil change at this point because they would probably just do it again.
The reason I think it feels like it is a scam is they gave me the first one free, since then I have had two where I needed to go back to them to get it done. I've never had a problem like this before and now it has happened two times in a row. Just feels kinda shady.

Generally, I like the stock look. I might check out aftermarkets but have seen some that to me don't match up well with the car. I am open to to other options if you have a recommendation.
