Just found the one. I don't think it is a Toyota part. Thinking I made a good catch from some other vehicle.

Running some wire yesterday and found this wedged between the frame and heat shield above the muffler. Looks like a bump stop but pretty small for that. Was it a lucky catch from one bouncing down the road? Little big for the top of a shock, but would make sense if the last owner lost it...
