Mine is a 2000 4Runner. I ordered one off of Ebay for $30 but it is a 1998. I'll see how well it matches, and if it isn't close enough, then I'll either have it painted or continue searching.

For me it was just the brakes. I had to replace my front brakes to get rid of the pulsating. Good luck on getting it fixed.
