Yes he already had the bender. He builds all sorts of different things for off-road vehicles so he was equipped to knock it out. We talked about putting covers on with drain holes kind of like a perforated piece so water and debris drains off.

The 2in is definitely beefy, and also gives me a better platform to step on when I want to reach the roof rack. The sliders will be rhino lined and have skateboard grip tape in certain spots to keep them from being too slick. Still debating on tacking on some top covers
