86 4runner ifs automatic

so i locked it in 4wd today and it didnt seem to work its not add it has lock outs truck sat for a long time i locked the hubs in and drove it about a mile before trying it no popping no noise just no power in the front wheels where do i begin diagnosing this problem?

Yes but 2 times the tourqe. if not more. :D [/B] i couldnt find the torque numbers on the 305

my 86 i picked up for 150 bucks with a junk motor (someone totally rebuilt minus rod bearings) 200 bucks for a yard motor this is my 350 dollar 4runner 1 rust spot the size of my pinky on the whole truck. i thought about scrubbing it but i think they look better dirty
