It is very tight my spare required grinding the excess material on the back of the factory hitch and airing it down to 25psi to clear the pan hard rod with less than a finger width of room to spare. But it does clear.
I can only speak for the original KO's I had about 30k on them on my full size blazer when I sold it and they still had some life in them. I was not happy with the wet and snow performance of that tire though.

I personally went with TYC stock replacements with ZXE bulbs. I've had good luck with TYC in the past. I will however probably upgrade to 06+ headlights with a morimoto retrofit in the future but I don't have the time and spare funds to do it right now.
