Okay i checked the switch, which seems to be plugged in, if its what i think it is, (long wires going up from the T case? the blubs are all fine in my cluster, i pulled it off and shined a flash light through it and there isnt even a place for a 4x4 light??

I actually just went ahead and did it, there is no support behind the metal, i just used over sized bolts with large (2in) fender washers on the back sides. it works fine, Very Sturdy. I think the metal is stronger there on the corner because of the bends in it. Let me know if you want some...

Hey does anybody know if you can mount the swing out style spare tire rack on a second gen that did not come with one from the factory. The Rack will fit but I am not sure if there is any support for it underneath the body metal. I'm just wondering if anyone has done anything like this before...
