Rear Window Regulator My friendly mechanic offered thus simple solution that worked: through away the rubber gasket. Fill groove in regulator slide with RTV Gasket Maker/Sealer. Reassemble and run up the window for 2-3 days. All is well.

Error codes Thanks for your input. I've replaced the right side exhaust maniold ($2200) and I have the procedure and "jumper rig" to do the zero point calibration. Think the P2440 code is more important. One thing at a time!
