Would Bilstein 5100's make a noticable difference?

Is there a way I can find out if I have the "tall" springs? I have 265/75 now and they don't scrub any. Does that mean anything? Thanks for all the info

I've owned 5 straight drive vehicles and loved driving them all but I have never owned a 4wd straight drive. Manual is definitely funner to drive IMO.
