Thank you Habanero . I think I may have lost one of the screws from the bottom of the mirror housing because it won't stay in the normal position and just travels freely in or out. So I'm thinking that may be it, but I dunno.... LOL

Mirror had been fine. Shut door and mirror spins loosely. Won't lock into place. Any known fixes - bolts to tighten?? Any insight greatly appreciated.

My budget is so low ... I can't even buy a vowel from Vanna. There must be good, quality products from parts stores that may not be "military grade" but are solid products at lower prices. My challenge is to do the equivalent of the OME 906/Bilstein 5100 rear and Tundra TRD/Bilstein 5100 front...

What I Did Today ... and Get to Do Again .... COILS I have a '96 4Runner, new to me. Need to fix a drooping rear. I was gifted some 97' LC coils for my rear ... 9 coils for a coil length of 19 inches. It was only 108 C, here, today in AZ so why not? Well, now I can answer why not...

.... but there will be Mods! Remember, it's only money.
