Same issue here, 2011 Trail w/JBL. Yesterday I got a floating grey screen, camera returned after ignition restart. Today, nothing. Seems like it's a bad connection or switch...otherwise we wouldn't be seeing it on both the mirror and nav cams.

285 70-17 Michelin AT2 on Konig Countersteer X Fender liners adjusted and mud flaps removed. Fronts rub slightly on body mount at full lock in reverse (why only in reverse? this puzzles me). I'm guessing the rub can be eliminated with caster adjustment, if not I'll chop the body mounts.

It was 10 degrees F and daytime when I test drove. If the headlights or the AC ended up not working I would be pissed. To expect someone to comprehensively test every single system in the vehicle prior to purchase is unrealistic if not impossible.
