02-4runner sport how can i turn off headlights? Is there a way to turn off headlights when I need? Please help me with this annoying problem

02-4runner can I stop the tires from slipping? when my tires slip, all engine power is lost I find this to be extremely dangerous when I can not make my tires turn Can anyone help me resolve this problem
