A BC vehicle does not require a provincial safety inspection unless ordered by the police/rcmp or the BC transportation authority. An example would be importing a US vehicle. The US vehicle requires a provincial safety inspection in order to be able to insure it. Thanks for the kind advice...

Your lower front turn signals will stay on constantly as DRL. They will only flash when the blinker is on; and will automatically turn off when the lowbeam is on. This picture is the best i could do.

Hey; I have a 4runner DRL flasher; the one that will keep your tunsignals on as DRL's. To install it, remove the plastic cover under the steering column, loosen the fuse box; that is where you will find your non-drl flasher; then simply intall this one in its place. I'm asking $30 shipped...
