Any idea which adapter, or where to get it?

Hey guys just bought a 2003 SR5 4Runner. I have been poking around the forums and thought I found a solution to get Aux input for the stereo. I found a T1815 on eBay for a good price. I soldered a USB cable to the inputs ( as seen here.) After taking the stock unit out I found that the Scion...
