The CC on my 98 isn't functioning properly. Specifically the RESUME function. The ACC function works once the speed is set, but after applying the brakes it will not go back to my previously set speed. Ideas?

Found a 2000 just listed at a local wrecker's yard. I need the rear bumper, console and roof rack for my 98 SR5. Will the parts fit? I can't tell from the pics what model of T4R it is. Are there any other parts I should try to get?
