If I sell this, the plan is to get a 1st gen 4Runner. Is $4K for my 4Runner reasonable?

So I am considering selling my '97 4Runner V6 Limited 2WD. Wanted to ask for opinions on what it is worth. Has 280K miles, leather seats, rook rack, tow package, dual power seats, moon roof and the rest of the standard limited options. Runs well (my everyday driver), but noticed it is leaking...

I know would've loved an '85, but it's an '86. And it's a 22R w/ 35" tires, so am worried about having enough power.

Thanks guys, appreciate the feedback. I just found a 5 speed w/ a 22R engine that was rebuilt 5k miles ago (truck has 223K on it). Asking $3k, seems a little hi tho. Not sure what the market in socal is.

Just sold an '01 Tacoma and am now interested in a classic T4R. I know how legendary the 4 cyl 22re engine is, but how is the stock 6 cyl engine on these? Any common problems I should be looking for on these trucks? Any help would be appreciated!
