That is so true. I've made offers on a few good looking 4Runners but there is enough interest locally that most owners don't bother with the hassle of an out of town sale.

Well, it looks like that is no dice. Made him an offer at the top of my price range but it doesn't look like he's going to budge.

I've wanted a defender since I moved back to the US from South Africa a few years ago. They have them all over the place down there and they are just so damn good looking. Shame production is ending.

This trip sounds like a blast. My brother did a loop through the west this summer, through the badlands, down to Moab and back to Dallas. He could not stop talking about how amazing Moab was. Keep us in the loop on how it goes and safe travels.
