When I bought my '05, the exact same truck at another dealer, sounded louder. I'd get yours checked out. As for the "upgraded" sound system; save the mirrors and go aftermarket.

I'd go to a different dealership. AAMCO make their money fixing transmissions, not changing oil.

I guy on another site(Edm...com) had it happen to him. He was out of warranty due to mileage (not time). His local dealer fixed it for free anyway. You might want to try that. If that fails, call corporate. Got nothing to lose except your time. Good luck.
