Ended up being the pulley on the alternator that was grinding, replaced it and it's sounds good again.

I have a 3.4L 5ZE-FE engine and it is making a high pitched noise that goes away when I spray water on the rib side of the belt that turns the alternator, crankshaft, and water pump. The sound does not go away when I spray the other belts so from what I have been reading on forums it sounds like...
