I did bang out the pinch welds. They are were I'm rubbing. I thought the 1 inch would solve the problem. Pluss I only hit the welds on the driver's side.I will add the spacer and see what happens. Drives me crazy we do all this work for a capable 4wd vehicle. But guess that's the fun of it.

I'm at wits end. Recently had a custom shop install the adjustable upper, lower rear control arms along with the panhard bar. They did not tighten the split nut causing alot of rattling.
