So it's been a couple weeks since you posted about ordering the Pioneer sub and sticking with the stock JBL amp. How has that worked for you? My factory sub crapped the bed, and I have to replace it. I'm really interested to hear about how yours turned out.

Just printed the first of two. Actually, I started the print at my office on Friday and it sat on the printer all weekend. It's gonna need some sanding, and maybe some Bondo...or at least some self-etching primer. I'm sure it'll turn out fine in the end.
