The lights compatible with my mounts can be hooked up easily to a strobe controller if you wanted to.

Just printed the first of two. Actually, I started the print at my office on Friday and it sat on the printer all weekend. It's gonna need some sanding, and maybe some Bondo...or at least some self-etching primer. I'm sure it'll turn out fine in the end.

I do not. Sorry.

Installation is the easiest thing ever. Literally one nut on each housing.

I tried to get a little creative with the way I wired mine. I attempted to make it look as factory as possible. But simply put; I piggybacked onto the reverse wires in the taillights.

Writeup + assistance

just before I begin this, I have a few questions for those who have already done this -

a) should I insert the LED first, and then clamp/glue the two pieces (the print + the stock piece)

b) is it worth using silicone to seal the light? if so, then I would have to insert the light first, seal, and then clamp

other than that, I plan on making a write up/pdf file of my progress for everyone else if I can find the time to do so. I hope it'll help others out!
