I have followed this thread, thank you for the good info to start with. I did find that my #39 is POWER (30A) fuse had blown. Is there a reason for its different size/shape than the rest of the fuses? I live in Belize and cannot get a replacement but can find other 30A fuses. Can I run it in line?

I had my 99 4runner for a while with no issues. Recently I drove down from the US to Belize. As soon as I ran through my first full tank of gas here I pulled a P0420. I have read that poor gas quality can contribute to the code popping. Would this mod take care of the CEL as well as the poor...

I just bought one of these too, haven't got it yet though. I did read on some of the apps that you don't want to have more than one app running on your phone/tablet or it may confuse it. Possibly you only had one running in the Rogue and moving to the 4runner opened the second app?

Here is another Ebay seller that does not carry a true OEM antenna... wish I had seen this thread before buying it. Cut the original one shorter and plugged it back in as a manual antenna.... light_trends on eBay

Thanks for all the concern of our driving through Mexico. Maybe I should have just said what tools should I bring if I was going to be working out of my truck. I may have gotten more useful answers. :doh:

Hello, I just recently bought a 99 4runner and am so far pretty happy with it. I did have a question though since this is my first 4runner or Toyota for that matter. When someone is sitting in the seat it still flashes until they put on their seatbelt and then stops blinking like it should...
