the guy at TomTom told me the one on their website is the newest version and much better than the disc version. So I moved all of my files but the corrupted ones, but it shows "no maps found". TomTom customer service can get me the maps?

what if all the files won't transfer? It says some are corrupted...I just need the American maps and vital files til the dealer can fix this. Thanks alot for your help.

So, can you just put in a new 2G card and let it go, becuase that did not work for me. Do you have to unload one card on to your cpu and then empty those on to the new 2G? I am getting the Red X now for about a week.

lefty, that did not work. The company that made the box is Vais, I have even called them to see if they know a solution, but they are also clueless about the tom tom.

no it is set on the audio screen, the installer admitted it was the first he had done on the UR, it even still displays xm on the "source", there has got to be someone who knows how to fix this. Evrything thing else about the UR is great, get one!

Great site, it has been very informative for me as I just got an Urban last week and nobody at the dealership knows much of anything. I got them to add sirius instead of xm, the sound is great but there is no display (artist name, station name, etc.). Any body have any advice or tips for this?
