Your T4R looks pretty familiar. Did you go up Imogene from Ouray and was there a red 4Runner and a side by side waiting when you came up close to the top? I was on Imogene going from Telluride to Ouray when one that looks like yours came up. It was starting to rain at the time.

I was watching the tech fix my alignment specs last week and when it goes to 4 on the caster, it actually goes from green (within spec) to red (out of spec.) They may not have gone as high as possible due to that. I took mine back and had them change mine to 4 or above. 4.2 on both sides now.

Did some maintenance this morning. Front/rear diffs, oil change, and new air filter. Next weekend is trans fluid change with new filter.

Took the 4Runner for them to put it back on the alignment rack. They didn't set it to 4 degrees caster like originally asked. They corrected it while I watched and now no more rubbing. Final caster numbers of 4.2 on both sides.

Yeah on stock UCAs with 2.1 or so caster, I had to remove the mud flaps and trim a small section of the front bumper. When doing the alignment, I told them to shoot for 4 degrees caster. They failed to let me know that the "printer is messed up" and they didn't print out my before/after...

Installed JBA UCAs and added a 1/4" top hat spacer to get the front end a little higher. Went for an alignment yesterday and am rubbing again on the 285s in reverse, so will have to see where that is hitting now this weekend.

I've been missing the nav SD card since I got my 4Runner used in 2019. I didn't want to spend the $170 on a new one from the dealer so I've been using Waze most of the time through my phone. I think I'll try out one of these eBay ones. Thanks for the links!
