I locked my glovebox while on a cruise last week and my key was so worn down it wouldnt unlock. Inside was an ipad and GPS along with everything else I always keep in my car.
Got home and started reading and found this thread....bought a key off ebay for $7 shipped.

I also have the cracked dash issue...with more than 10+ cracks
The car was previously a Florida car so maybe the heat is the cause...
I am having pretty much the same problem with my 96 but the misfire is on #1, Ive replaced plugs, wire, coil, and the injector today but still no luck...

I noticed this hose had a pinhole leak and was leaking drops of coolant. I know its the coolant hose to the throttle body but I can't seem to find the part number. I have searched the site and the internet but had no luck. So someone out there help me with the part number to this hose! :thanks:
The carfax does say which dealership it was performed at...
You think it would show up on the owners site.
I will more than likely go ahead and get the timing belt and water pump done...The dealership quoted me around $500 which isnt too bad
The toyota owners site didnt have anything listed but an inspection...the carfax actually had more listed than the owners site...but i guess thats just how it is when you buy used!
